The Savanna Club is located in Port St Lucie Florida, just off US 1 North of the new Crosstown Hwy. It’s a 55+ community of approximately 1900 manufactured homes.
Homesites are either owned by residents or leased. The community is “pet friendly” in that residents can have up to 3 pets weighing up to 35 pounds each.
When you drive into this non gated active adult community you will be impressed by the many venues and amenities such as the 10,000 sq ft performing arts center, 18-hole golf course, bocce courts, three resort-style pools, two clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts, and even a softball field. You don’t even have to leave the community to grab a bite to eat as there is also a restaurant.
Of course, they offer a fitness center with men’s and women locker rooms and saunas. Just about any activity, you could want is available within the Savanna Club.
