There is much excitement here in Tradition, Port St Lucie around GL Homes’ Riverland communities! There is also a lot of confusion that we’ve heard from buyers asking, “What’s the difference between Valencia Cay, Valencia Grove, and Valencia Walk at Riverland?
The simple answer is that Valencia Cay, the first section of Riverland by GL homes, is sold out. Valencia Grove and Valencia Walk are the newest phases being sold and are currently under construction.
When completed Riverland will consist of 6 sections of homes, built consecutively as each section is sold out. Each section will consist of approximately 1000 homes. The Valencia sections are the 55+ communities of Riverland. Currently, Valencia Cay houses the beautiful 34,000 sq ft Resort Style (link to floorplan) Clubhouse that will be available to both residents of Valencia Cay and Valencia Grove, with each “Valencia” having its own Sports Complex and Cultural/Arts centers as well. As the 4000 Acre Master plan of Riverland continues to be built, additional resort-style amenities will be built to meet the needs of each community.
You will find the same popular floorplans, in 5 different price ranges being sold in Valencia Grove, as were in Valencia Cay. The current wait time for a new build is approximately 12 mos from contract to close—however if you need something sooner, there are some very attractively priced resales already in Valencia Cay plus a couple of quick move-in new homes.
